You taught me the smile

You taught me the laugh

You taught me that friendship

Sometimes doesn't last

We've gone our own ways, 'cause

Life's a game of truth and dare

But I've a memory, and you've

Left me wondering back here

          And maybe you still remember...
Playing around with formatting TwT this is for a specific person who probably doesn't know who they are. It describes lots of things for me. What do you think it means? :)

POSITIVE: Gosh, memories. You've pulled a few words out of dictionary, slid them together, and pulled the duct tape off the box of childhood memories in the back of my mind. So many emotions, so many afternoons underneath the oak trees- they've all come back. Night time horror stories, torches flashing, sneaking out for dumb reasons, all of it. Thank you.

NEGATIVE: Nothing, sorry. I can't find anything, and that's a first, for me at least.

OVERALL: Beautiful piece. You've brought back a million sunlit hours, a thousand used torch batteries, silly midnight escapades whilst my parents slept; it's flooding back, and I feel light-headed.
